  • 6. 2 copies of photograph of Local Guardian(If any)
  • 7. Photocopy of address proof of parents
  • 8. Blood group report of student.
  • 9. Category certificate ( if any)
  • 10. Photocopy of Transfer certificate and Mark sheet.
