General Instructions
– Tear the admission form and submit it in school office.
– Fill all the columns carefully before submission.
Forms submitted without the signature of parents / guardian and without a passport size photograph will not be entertained.
The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission.
1) Xerox copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality / Block Office (for admission to classes Nursery to class – IX)
2) The original copy of School leaving certificate and character certificate from the previous school (for classes I to IX)
3) Original copy of Progress Report from the previous School.
4) Three copies of recent passport size photographs
5) Vaccination and medical Record if any
6) Aadhaar Cards of the parents, local guardian (if any) and student.
7) Photocopy of Blood Group report.
N.B: – THE REGISTRATION FORM DULY FILLED AND RECEIVED BY THE SCHOOL OFFICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION IN THE SCHOOL.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND OF FEES
Once a student is admitted in any class, NO REFUND OF FEES IS PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES on withdrawal or Absence from the School.
